A.E.A. Haley has worked behind the scenes at Carnegie Hall, the Metropolitan Opera House, and in the Entertainment division at Radio City Music Hall Productions.  She studied at Broadway’s prestigious Circle in the Square Theatre School, and served as a Vocal Team Lead at Dollywood. She has worked as an accompanist, traditional and show choir director, producer, music and stage director, and band and worship leader.

Her three degrees in music include a Bachelor's Degree in Music and an Advanced Certificate in Music Education from Queens College, City University of New York, and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Belmont University, where she served as Nashville Opera Fellow. As a collegiate music professor, she has taught courses including private commercial and classical voice lessons, music theory, ear training, music appreciation, and show choir.

She has also studied piano and vocal pedagogy, how the brain best learns (hint: it helps to have fun!), understands the frustration and anxiety that can go along with studying and performing music, and has academic knowledge and real world experience about how to work through challenges and succeed.

Whether you are a beginner or professional musician, Your Music Professor has the background and experience to help you achieve your short and long term goals.
